• Baddi - 8.5 MW power plants as a part of the expansion program. 70tph high-pressure Coal fired AFBC boiler and 8.5MW extraction condensing turbine and 10MW DG sets.
• Hoshiarpur - Expansion of the existing project with 5.0MW power plant, 33tph high-pressure coal fired boiler and 10MW DG plant.

• Reduced the erosion level in the inbed evaporator coil and increased the life
• Installed a Feed water heater and increased the cycle efficiency and fuel savings by 5%
• Fully involved in the commissioning of the new demineralization plant of 150cu.m/hr capacity
• Planned and implemented a better ash management system in the available space
• Involved in the selection, erection of the ETPlant-Tertiary plant


JK PAPER MILL
• Increased the self generation capacity from 65% to 85%
• Stabilized the operation of the 75tph coal fired AFBC boiler
• Adopted alternate fuel in the AFBC boiler and reduced the steam cost
• Stabilized the operation of the 12MW Seimens Gorlitz turbine
• Involved in the Energy conservation projects

MEGHMANI FINECHEM LIMITED
• Fully involved in the stabilization of the existing plant and increased the availability of the plant from 71% to 98.5%.
• Increased the Capacity utilisation of the coal fired thermal plant from 68.0 % to 95%.
