Maintenance & Commissioning of Carrier Centrifugal Water-cooled Chillers, Screw & Reciprocating Air-cooled chillers.
• Ensure proper fulfilment of the operations of assigned Service Contracts, T&M Jobs, RFC works, Refurbishment and Replacement Jobs.
• Monitoring and Evaluate performance of Field Technicians.
• Monitoring sales and achieving targets with team
• Complete building evaluations and made recommendations to customers about what they could do to enhance the functionality and efficiency of their equipment.
• Responsible for monthly sales forecasting and ensure on time completion of jobs.
• Design, Installation and Commissioning of Chiller Plant Managers using Carrier’s i-Vu Building Automation System
• Design, Installation and Commissioning of Building Management System using Carrier’s i-Vu Building Automation System and WebCTRL System
• Provide adequate Training to technicians on HVAC and Carrier Control Systems
• Installation of Carrier Remote Monitoring Systems with i-Vu Webserver and Integrate with CORTIX Platform and Carrier Smart Service.
• Review weekly meetings and Use Cases with EcoEnergy Insights CORTIX™ platform combining artificial intelligence and IoT connectivity
• Commissioning & Maintenance of Precision Packaged Air conditioners (STULZ, Germany).
• Installation and Commissioning of Carrier CCN controls— Comfort Zone, 3V System, Translators for 3rd party BMS Protocols (BACnet, Modbus & LON Works)
• Installation and commissioning of CCN (Carrier Comfort Network) BMS systems for Reciprocating, Screw & Centrifugal Chillers, Pumps, Cooling Towers, and Package Systems.
• BEST++ Program - Designer and executing for Comfort Controllers.
• Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Humidifier Systems (CONDAIR, Switzerland).
• Installation and Commissioning of Bacharach & Sentech Refrigerant Monitoring System for Centrifugal Chiller Plants and interface with the ventilation systems.
• Installation and Commissioning of CO2 Sensors and interface with the ventilation systems.
• Commissioning & Maintenance of Precision Air conditioners (CAPS, Houston) integrated with PLC's for Petrochemical Analyzers.
