Responsibilities:
o Direct, orchestrate & monitor technical integration of in-sourced solutions (alliance and/ or acquisitions) into existing infrastructure and systems
o Evaluate and assess potential alliance/ acquisition opportunities & potential technical impact on organization
o Strategically evaluate the risks, costs and associated value that assessed technologies/ solutions contribute to the organization
o Evaluate potential technological limitations and risks related to in-sourced solutions (alliance and/ or acquisitions)
o Oversee & enforce the Company’s operational model & policies on development & integration teams under accountability
o Monitor and control Technical Due Diligence assignments
o Manage schedules, planning & communication of Technical Due Diligence outcome to all involved internal and external stakeholder teams
