Programme), Pre & Post bid Technical discussions, Negotiations, Bid tabulation and award
of Trade Packages.
 Preparation of Trade Contracts, Contract Amendments, Variation Order, Site / Variation
Instructions to Trade Contractor’s, Delay Notices to Trade Contractor’s.
 Procurement of Major MEP Equipment’s in co-ordination with the Design and Execution
team as per Construction Programme and preparation of Order tracking files with all the
order details and the material delivery details.
 Preparation of Budgets for Operator Change Requests
 Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Budget Estimation, Trade Contract Tender, Trade
Contracts, Variation Orders and IPC.
 Preparation of Trade Contractor`s Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and following the
payments to Trade Contractors.
 Preparation of Variation Orders (VO) to Trade Contractor’s for the design revisions,
Operator changes and scope changes.
 Post Contract Management of Trade Contractors (on point of Commercial Issues).

 Preparation of Monthly Cost Report detailing the material and sub-contractor Order Placed
details, Committed Cost details, Labour Efficiency etc. against the budget BOQ.
 Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Budget Estimation, Subcontract Tender, Contract &
VO, IPC.
 Preparation of Subcontractor`s Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and following the
payments to subcontractors.
 Preparation of Variation Orders (VO) based on design revisions and scope changes. Post Contract Management of Subcontractors (on point of Commercial Issues).
 Ordering all the MEP materials in co-ordination with the Design and Site team and
preparation of Order tracking files with all the order details and the material delivery
details.
 Tracking of Material Consumptions, material wastage ratios; provision of coordination
between Warehouse, Bookkeeping, Site Team and Commercial Departments for
control/documentation of major material consumptions.

 Estimation of cost implications for the Clause 13.1 Engineering Instruction’s in
coordination with Project Manager, Sub-contractor proposals, supplier Quotations andsubmitting with proper backup documents to the Engineer and Cost Consultant. (The
Engineer issued 800+ EI’s to the contractor in this project)
 Finalizing the Engineer’s Instruction cost implications by substantiating with the cost
consultant.
 Estimating and Finalizing the Contract Provisional Sum cost implications by substantiating
with the cost consultant.
 Finalization and issue of Sub-Contractor Variation Order’s after verification of Quantities
from the drawings, analyzing their claim BOQ and verifying the submitted backup
documents by the Sub-contractors.
 Final Accounting of Sub-Contractor contracts.
 Attending Internal and External Commercial Meetings, Preparation of EI Register, Reports
and logs of Sub-contractor variations etc.

 Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application.
 Prepare and Produce proper claims for variation order in coordination with Project
Manager and site engineer.
 Claiming the Variations by substantiating with the client.
 Preparing BOQ for the Provisional sum & Prime Cost items in the contract BOQ.
 Performs any contracts administration duties related to QS.
 Carry out take offs for material procurement and releasing the material purchase order as
per the budget available in contract and checking for variations.
 Preparing Monthly planning & Cash Flow projection report.
 Procurement of MEP Equipment’s and Specialized MEP & ELV Systems by Sending
Enquiries, Technical evaluation of quotations, preparing comparison statements,
Negotiation with suppliers/ Sub-contractors & finalization of Supplier / Sub-contractors Preparing Contracts & contract amendments to the sub-contractor.
 Preparing Sub Contractor Payment Certificates after thoroughly analyzing their invoices
according to the work done at site and as per contract.
 Estimation of all types of construction projects MEP Works.

 Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application.
 Analyzing outcomes and preparing detailed monthly progress report
 Preparing detailed Material on site and collecting all necessary backup documents for interim payment submission.
 Take necessary precaution to recover cost for any complication happens in future by retaining sufficient amount
 Prepare and Produce proper claims for variation order in coordination with Project Manager and site engineer.
 Claiming the Variations by substantiating with the client.
 Produce sufficient technical justification for any variation claims
 Preparing Sub Contractor Payment Certificates after thoroughly analyzing their invoices according to the contract
 Enquiries, checking quotations & finalization of Sub-contractors
 Compare any quantity claims / request with BOQ to prevent over payment
 Attend weekly progress meeting and client meetings
 Performs any contracts administration duties related to QS

 Quantification of Electrical High Voltage, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage Devices & Cables, Cable Trays, Cable Trunks, Conduits & Wires.
 Quantification of HVAC Equipments, Ducting, Chilled Water Pipes, Domestic water pipes, Drainage Pipes, Pumps, and all accessories.
 Carry out take offs for material procurement
 Site Visit to ensure progress is complying within claims and payment made according to agreement
 Analyzing outcomes and preparing detailed monthly progress report
 Performs any contracts administration duties related to QS
 Preparation of Monthly Interim Payment Application.
 Prepare and Produce proper claims for variation order in coordination with Project Manager and site engineer.

 Designing Single Line Diagram, Load Detail, Panel Board Schedule, Cable, Conduit & Wires Length for Projects without Proper Layout Drawings.
 Voltage drop calculation & Selection of MV switchgear, transformer & cable size.
 BOQ Preparation & Estimation of High Voltage, Medium Voltage & Low Voltage Devices, Trays, Trunks, Cables & Wires.
 BOQ Preparation & Estimation of all low Current Systems (Fire alarm, Telecom, Data, Access Control, Building management, CCTV, MATV, Public address, Voice Evacuation digital Metering, Video Intercom, E-Link, Elevator Intercom. Etc)
 Estimation of connected civil works( Man hole, Hand hole, Duct bank, Excavation for Cable Laying, Foundation for Transformer, Switchgear, RMU & Street Light)
