▪ Accountable for E2E managing and delivery of digital and IT projects after Initiation of Business requirements (Responsible for Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing & Production Deployment).
▪ Identifying and solving issues, Managing and highlighting project risks and dependencies.
▪ Managing Vendors, Contracts and making sure that projects are running according to their plans and to be delivered on time.
▪ Managing the Operation Team for OSS/BSS system for Both WiMax and LTE (Menatelecom Bahrain), Responsible for Billing related Business transformation projects. Perform Business process gap analysis, System Integration strategy.
▪ Developing E2E Architecture by integrating between different applications for multiple projects (Number Portability, QlikView BI, Wholesale billing system).
▪ Ensuring maximum availability and minimum disruption of the billing system and operation is going on smooth and all required reports are being generated with accurate figures.
▪ Manage the billing system changes and enhancements for (CRM, Billing, OM, Interconnect …) to fulfill customer requirements and adapt their changes.
▪ Ensuring that billing system performance and functionalities are met with the agreed SLA-KPIs.
▪ Develop a monitoring tools for system services to generate a summary reports and send alerts/notifications using Java, J2EE and Oracle database.
▪ Leading the billing Team at Tech Mahindra for OSS/BSS system for WiMax (Menatelecom Bahrain).
▪ Engage with business development to adapt them with the new system and reduce the process gaps to a minimum.
▪ Revenue Assurance, data quality and process improvement methods that review profits, revenues and cash flows.
▪ Tuning and Writing a performed PL/SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Triggers...
-Leading the Operation Team at Motorola for managing OSS/BSS services, achieving customer requirements, Emphasis on requirements capturing/gathering through research, gap analysis, data analysis, business process improvement, systems integration, system enhancements and problem solving.
-In charge of the BSS operation process from gathering WiMAX CDR Files from different network elements till generating accurate customer’s invoices and ensuring all KPIs are met.
▪ Outsourcing at Motorola as MS team member for OSS/BSS Operations, Manage services, customer support and dealing with the customer for enhancing the product and enabling the customer business to achieve his operation requirements.
▪ In charge of running and operating Rating, Mediation, Billing cycles, Interconnect and Revenue Reports.
▪ Develop tools using Java and Oracle DB to monitor the billing system and Bug fixing.
OSS/BSS development at NTG Clarity using Java (J2SE, EJBs and JBOSS application Server) with Oracle Database. Deployment, installation, system integration, customization of billing system to fit the customer technical requirements and Participating in launching Menatelecom Bahrain.
-Contributing in development of IBOSS (Integrated Billing and Operation Support System) one of the huge OSS/BSS systems in Telecom field support WiMAX networks, it is including multiple Modules like CRM, PC, OM, Provisioning, Billing, Reporting Module, …
-Contributing in development OSS/BSS Engines: Mediation, Rating, Billing, Routing, Credit Control and Dunning that handle the operation process from gathering WiMAX CDR Files from different network equipments till generating customer’s invoices.
-Development of High Availability System to keep processes going on and how to deal with the failover, Outage and how to move from Primary site to Disaster Recovery site without losing any data and time.
-Development of Interconnect System for reconciling and invoices other TDM operators and VOIP peers.
-Web Based Collaborative Tool for Project Management that organize the relation between the management and the team members and between the team members each other using DSM algorithm that handle giant chart issues and minimizing the project time line, using technologies JSP, Servlets, EJBs, Glassfish App server and SQL DB, with sponsor of Cairo University and the Supreme Council of Universities under supervision of Prof. Dr. Hesham Hassan and Dr. Hesham Abdel-Salam.
-Training at Raya Software Company in Egypt for different projects using different programming technologies (J2SE, J2EE, JSF, XML and C++) with Oracle database management system and Microsoft SQL Server2000 while studying.
