❖ Deliver the safety tool box talks to contractual associates for the related jobs and to keep the record of the same. Prepare work permit to execute various shut down / break down jobs at SMP.
❖ Actively participate in suggestion, hazards and near miss for organization and self growth.
❖ Perform shutdown maintenance repair and overhaul on all rotating and static equipment.
❖ Resolve all motor, pump, conveyor, hydraulic and pneumatic fault, EAF, LRF & CCM fault during running EAF furnace and caster.
❖ Comply with company safety guidelines and procedure.
❖ Responsible for preventive, predictive, day to day maintenance, Break down, shut down and Major overhauls all mechanical ROTATING EQUIPMENT & STATIONARY EQUIPMENT.
❖ Having good knowledge in Engineering drawing, symbols etc
❖ Scrutinize the Equipment availability enhancement through 5'S', FMEA and QC projects.
