• Lead electrical maintenance activities for critical oil and gas terminal infrastructure, managing in
house teams, OEM specialists, AMC service providers, and contractors.
• Plan and execute CM, PM, PdM, and shutdown maintenance for LV distribution systems,
substations, transformers, earthing systems, MCCs, motors, VFDs, UPS, PLC/ESD systems, MOV
actuators, marine loading arms and Quick release hooks.

• Coordinate with Kanon, EMCO Wheaton, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, R. STAHL,
Riello UPS, Trelleborg, Emerson, AUMA and HBC-radiomatic for FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning,
commissioning and performance verification.
• Support CAPEX/OPEX planning, annual maintenance budgets, expenditure tracking, spare parts
optimization and long-term asset replacement planning.
• Improved plant reliability and operational efficiency through implementation of predictive
maintenance techniques and asset lifecycle management practices.

• Operated and maintained power transformers up to 200 MVA (400/15.75 kV), unit auxiliary
transformers 25 MVA (15.75/6.6 kV), auxiliary transformers 2.5 MVA (6.6/0.43 kV) and
transformer oil filtration/BDV monitoring.
• Maintained 4 x 150 MW alternators at 15.75 kV, synchronizing panels, excitation control systems
and protection relay panels for transformers and generators.
• Troubleshot HT motors up to 4500 kW, LT motors up to 200 kW, VCBs (1250 A/3150 A at 6.6 kV),
ACBs up to 4000 A at 415 V and ESP transformers up to 72 kV.
• Managed UPS systems, battery chargers, battery banks up to 1200 Ah, DG sets up to 625 kVA,
substations, generator auxiliaries, earthing systems and lighting networks.
• Conducted FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning and performance checks for electrical
equipment in line with specifications and approved construction documents. Maintained Star-Delta starters up kW and DOL starters kW.

• Managed annual electrical maintenance contracts across Horizon Emirates Jebel Ali Petroleum
Terminal, Horizon Emirates Fujairah Distribution Terminal and related petroleum terminal
facilities.
• Maintained power transformers up to 2 MVA (11 kV/690 V and 11 kV/415 V), LV switchgear, 690
V/415 V MCCs, ACBs up to 1600 A, 400KVAr capacitor banks, power factor regulators and UPS
systems up to 20KVA.
• Troubleshot LV switchgear, motors, protection systems and terminal electrical equipment to
restore service and maintain operational continuity.
• Performed cable testing, motor testing, transformer testing, ACB functional testing, earth pit
inspection and bonding verification.
• Maintained ATEX-certified Ex-proof LV power DBs, field distribution panels, junction boxes,
pendant lighting and floodlights in hazardous areas.
• Prepared SOPs, maintenance work instructions and technical support procedures for multi-site
terminal maintenance activities.

repaired electrical faults across plant systems.
• Planned shutdown work, post-maintenance testing and commissioning to minimize downtime and
maintain power availability.

allocation plans.
