Prepare Recruitment- ad on client requirement and use effective strategies to source the right candidates.
•Source, screen and select suitable profiles as per the client requirement and scheduled for face to face round with client.
•Prepare and send rejection emails to the unsuccessful candidates.
On-Barding:
•Responsible for the joining formalities (PC, stationary, Access cards, Mobile etc...) and induction program of new hires.
•Prepare offer letters, joining letters & verify all employment contracts, associated paperwork in accordance with company procedures and policies and local labor law.

Employee Relation/Personnel management:
•Advice employees on company’s Policies and procedures and Kuwait labor law.
•Maintain HR files with all relevant document and employee information in Excel and hard copies.
•Maintain employee record like joining details, Salary, Position and other details.
•Respond to employee’s queries on leaves, resignations, end of services etc.

Payroll Management:
•Administer salary processing for all the employees and handling calls if salary delay and coordinate with management any delay on salary.
•Assisting employees on vacation request and approval and maintain vacation record on Excel.
•Responsible for keeping track of employees’ information using Excel (Time sheets, leaves & returns, sick leaves, deductions) for salary calculation.
•Coordinate and support to the Finance manager for Full & Final Settlement division.

Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Management:
•Ensure timely inclusion (new employees) and removal (exit employees) of employees in the prevailing medical & life insurance.

•Handling IT internal issues; coordinating with IT person make sure things to be done
