Maintenance Manager for Technical Support on daily problems, rectification of problems and assisting the other departments running in smooth functioning taking New extension project cost analysis, budgeting, planning, upcoming Diagnostic Centre all Maintenance related works undertaking fire alarm, accesses doors, Generators and 33/11 KV Sub-station Maintenance and Project executions along with Liaise with general service sub contracts like HVAC, Stabilizers, Servo Stabilizers, UPS System, Merlin Zerlin, Siemens make and Daily meeting with staff and supporting staff.
Phoenix - IVY & Phoenix -09 - 18 floors + Double cellar three packages Fire protection system, FAPA, PHE, all Electrical Lt & HT works related 33 KV HT Yard, with 2500KVA* 4 Transformers, Bus ducting, raisers, Cable trays, LT Cables, HT cables laying and termination works & BMS circuits accesses doors, Generators and 33/11 KV Sub-station Yard. Project executions
400KV Quad Moose line for Foundation Civil works Execution, Erection Installation of 400/11KV switch yard & 400 KV GIS SS along with Cable Trench work, laying of 2000 sq mm underground 8*3 runs cable from 400 KV yard to GIS and Erection of 160 MVA*8 no’s Telk make Transformer foundation cable termination and connection to 8 no’s Water Turbine including Tower erection, Stringing of Quad Moose line along with OPGW from Ramadugu to NandhiMydaram at Karimnagar district. Prestigious Project of Telangana State with Siemen’s Joint venture.
Abroad & India. From July 2013 to March 2014 sent on deputation for 765KV Power Grid DC & Single circuit from Vidhyachal polling station to Charmadol at Singrauli, Madhya Pradesh. New line awarded on March 2014, 400KV Quad Moose DC line from Kamavarupukota to Chinnakorukonda 97Km (AP). After establishment of ofice, store, Bank, Labor licenses. Check survey done for 35 Km and approval got for 30Km.Civil foundation started in April 2014 foundations completed for 16 locations and 6 foundations are in progress. On June 2014 Transferred to Rangampet to Gajwel (87.24Km) 400KV Quad Moose DC line with OFC cable (Telangana) which is in critical ROW issues with local for making civil foundations, erection and stringing works. Project executed smoothly after taking over for Civil, Erection, stringing of Moose conductor with OFC cable Testing, Laying & Fault rectification on time and line was successfully completed on June 2015. on November 2015 line was test charged successfully and synchronizing of all activities to Ramagundum Power plant was done on March 2016.
1). Portion- 1 132KV D/C OHTL Najran East - Roikbah (Single conductor) Civil Foundation’s completed and Erection of towers are in progress & Roikbah - Najran University (Twin Conductor) 30KM 16 locations Foundations over and Line Diversion due to local pupil, other changes in 20 Km now New Survey & Profile submitted.
2). Portion - 2. Reconducting of Single circuit 132 KV D/C OHTL Jizan CPS 1 - Jizan Town (50Km) LS Cables GZTACSR Conductor along with removal and replacing of the OPGW to OFGW completed one circuit in 50 days and energized on 16 April 20, 2013
2B). Lilo New line from Jizan CPS -2 to Jizan Medical city 132Kv D/C OHTL (Twin Conductor) 6KM Civil works for Foundation completed, leaving Gantry & Dead-End Tower for Jizan Medical college.
3). Portion-3. 132KV OHTL Bisha CPS - Bisha South S/S (Twin Conductor) 34.9KM Out of 80 Civil Foundations 76 completed (Rest ROW problem) and Erection 64 completed and Stringing under progress from 20th April 2013.
Looking after 220KV Double circuit Tower’s with Single circuit with OFGW cable all Civil foundations erection of towers from Shajahanpur to Nighashan - 135 Km. (112Km completed with Erection & stringing done for 80Km) Line diversion taken to avoid Sharda River crossing)
220 KV Double circuit Tower’s with Single circuit with OFGW cable all Civil foundations erection of towers from Sitapur to Nighshan - 125Km with 840 mts span RC towers for Sharda River crossing
220KV Double Circuit Tower’s Shajahanpur to Hardio - 22km Single circuit tower
Worked on GIS Sub Stations Kahramaa Project’s (Qatar Government) Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation. (Handled GIS “12” Substations 132KV & ‘3’Super SS 220KV). Fire Proof MICC Cable 1.5 Sq mm to 4sq.mm make TYCO, TYCO make accessories & All LV side Electrical works DB’s, SDB’s Power Cabling, Cable Termination & Access Doors, CCTV connections. Project coordination with vendors like Siemens, Areva (NCC & DCC) and ABB (220kVA GIS Sub-stations). Power back up’s & Gen sets from 65 KV to 1000KV.

operating AMF Panels of GIMMCO, CUMMINS and Greaves Cotton sets.

Swimming Pool water filtration plant operating & water temperature controlling with Boiler & operating 500, 750KV GIMMCO Gen set operating parallel with Auto & Manual. 11KV yard with VCD, ACB & AB Switch operating.
