• As a Paediatric Physiotherapist, worked across a full spectrum of rehabilitation services offered to paediatric patients through an intensive and multi-disciplinary rehabilitation program in the Inpatient Department. Key player in a multidisciplinary team to introduce several pediatric in and outpatient services.

Owned by Mazrui Holdings, NovaVita Specialised Paediatric Hospital was a fully equipped 17 bedded NICU facility offering paediatric transitional care services provided by highly qualified and experienced healthcare professionals; it also has 4 outpatient clinics offering health care services for all types of paediatric patients.

• Worked as Lead of the Physiotherapy Department.
• Was heavily involved in pre-operational activities and set up of Physiotherapy Department from scratch.
• Played a key role in supporting inspections by HAAD culminating in approval of Health Facility License for this start-up hospital.
• Evaluated, planned and applied Movement Analysis and Education Strategies (MAES) Therapy for all paediatric neurological conditions.
