⦁ Investigated and resolved service issues and/or product problems.
⦁ Managed customers’ database accounts, performed customer verification and
processed applications, orders and requests.
⦁ Worked with administration: forwarded requests and unresolved issues to the

designated resource by communicating and coordinating with internal
departments.
⦁ Kept records of customer interactions and actions taken, including -
transactions, comments, inquiries and complaints.
⦁ Supplied customers with written responses and information and followed up
on customer communications.

Logistics Coordinator

• Manage liaison with suppliers and origin stations

⦁ Manage monthly payroll statement preparation for employees of Head - Office as
well as site Office.
⦁ Entrusted with the task of maintaining data base of all employees, and
preparation of various Forms.
⦁ Manage the commercial accounts such as verification of attendance from muster
rolls and leaves records and attendance regularization

⦁ Making effective contributions in recruitment, induction and deployment of staff
members and regularly monitoring their performance levels to ensure highest
efficiency levels.
⦁ Spredheaded efforts across handling & managing overall internal administrative
matters of the management, ensuring proper implementation of administrative
policies and coordinating necessary support to the Management.
⦁ Preparing MIS reports
Recruitment activitie such as:
⦁ Giving the preview about the company and the interview process to the
candidates
⦁ Providing Appointment letter, Project Agreement, Deputation letter
⦁ Employee On-Boarding
⦁ Responsible for all joining formalities of the new employees.
⦁ Opening their Bank Account

⦁ Generate Reports.

⦁ Following up with clients for contact extension for employee
⦁ Time Sheet process: Sending Timesheet to employees and making them
understand the process
⦁ Interacting with all employees on getting the Time Sheets for every month.
Checking all Time sheets for all the relevant data (Project Codes).
⦁ Interacting with Clients for Purchase Orders, Mail extensions so that the
invoices are valid and can be processed.
⦁ Take care of Leave management
⦁ Issuing Relieving letter, Salary certificate, and Address proof letters

⦁ Coordinating performance appraisal and Campus placements etc
⦁ Getting Feedback about employees from clients.
⦁ Administrative activities.
