Review Multiple Trade contractor’s schedules and Prepare L5 Resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule as defined by the contract.
Review and Finalize Earn value Management system to enrich project billing methodology.
Review progress reported against the works scheduled, identify schedule risks/ issues and recommend mitigations to improve progress.
Develop project control/Scheduling procedures, execution plans, executive level reports and Dash boards.
Conduct workshops such as interface management, Work phase planning, Critical Milestones, Risks & Issues to complete the project on time with proposed budget.
Review contractor’s variation/claim submissions and provide assessment by using suitable delay analysis techniques for Extension of Time.
Review Baseline Schedule and Monthly deliverables for Client submission.
Tracking Project status and review the updated schedule against work done at the site.
Prepare Supporting Documents for weekly/Monthly Client Meetings.
Review contractor EOT claims and prepare a feasibility study prior to client submission.
Prepare and update project schedule encompassing design, procurement, construction and commissioning across the scope of projects.
Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on project plan.
Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
Prepare and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.
Monitor day to day work progress and prepare Daily/weekly & monthly reports reflecting work progress summary.
Prepare engineering & procurement schedules at varying levels of details.
Proactively raise red-flag if the targets are likely to slip; and identify remedial measures to be taken to bring the project back on track.
Perform delay analysis; and prepare recovery plan in coordination with discipline manager.
Preparation of Manpower & equipment deployment plan.
Monitor the timings of submittals against schedule requirements.
Review, check and evaluate the sub-contractor’s time schedule of work.
Coordinate with clients planning engineer and finalizing formats.
Coordination with the assigned project manager, construction management team and other groups.
