▫ Overall Management of the store.
▫ Issuing Delivery Orders for all sample taken by sales team
▫ Maintaining inventory of items / samples
▫ Responsibility for stock management and ordering
▫ Supervises and coordinates activities of workers concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and parts, in stockroom. Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
▫ Arranging and supervising driver for the delivery and collection
▫ Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
▫ Monthly collections via telephone.
▫ Responsible for the debtor’s book.
▫ Ensuring that payment terms are kept minimal.
▫ Following up on unpaid debit orders.
▫ Weekly cash flow forecasting.
▫ Liaising with sales team on any queries.
▫ Build relationship between clients/colleagues/departments
▫ Bachelor of Commerce Degree
Certificate in Diploma computerized accounting.
