I was based out of Seattle working for the client, Fluke Corporation. I was responsible for managing the account engaging all stakeholders to get visibility of their business needs propose solutions, agree on scope, time and cost. After stakeholder agreement, kickoff projects with clear communication plan(weekly, monthly) .Steer the development team to meet the milestones and quality standards agreed. Devise and establish tools/processes as required and agreed with the stakeholders to improve cost, quality and adherence to schedule. Periodically review deliverable for code quality and functional defects. Perform Root Cause Analysis to determine and eliminate repeated errors.
I successfully managed and execute several projects during this period for clients like Essilor, Heritage Auctioneers, Bond International, Barclays, Perigee. I travelled to the client location like Lille(France), Leeds(UK), Worthing(UK) to get acquainted with the client requirements, in some cases i returned with a signed off set of requirements which was subsequently designed and developed offshore. in other cases i stayed back at client location throughout the project lifecycle.
I got the opportunity to work on two projects for the clients Wells Fargo and Stewart Landata, former a banking giant and the later an insurance stalwart.
In enucleus i got the opportunity to work on their proprietary insurance tool for Insurance corporations in US.
In A1-technology i worked on several development projects in ASP, C# and ASP.net. My primary responsibility involved designing and developing solutions to the requirements provided by the Team lead.
