Key Areas :
• Manage the cash flow of the Business unit by arranging timely submission of client invoices and collection of payments.
• Spearhead review meetings with Project Managers and resolve issues that may delay the project delivery. Gather data, analyse variance between roadmap and actual progress, highlight issues and ensuring early resolution.
• Risk assessment for the project and mitigate the same with the opportunities available.
• Analyze and moderate the project activites including scheduling, procurement and resource mobilization. Evaluate project status and provide necessary recommendations and action plans to achieve on-time delivery.
• Compile and evaluate any additional scope of works allotted by client for its profitability and arranging for higher management approvals.
• Analyze the jobs for increasing margins and areas to improve savings over the accepted cost estimates.
• Meeting with clients regarding claims on milestones and providing information of delays and mitigation plans.
• Manage timely procurement and supply of project specific materials after collecting quotes and multiple rounds of negotiations to ensure the best possible offer.
• Coordinate with the Project team to identify and address technical queries to remove bottlenecks in the project progress.
• Consolidate, prepare and present project status reports for weekly internal review meetings, consultant meetings & sub-contractor meetings.
• Letter communication with Clients. Intermediator between Client/Project team and the Business unit in clarifying doubts related to submittals and issues hampering the Project progress.
• Ensure statutory compliances are adhered to at project levels.
• Develop and train subordinates to take up higher assignments and projects.
• Coordinate for CSR Activities under the Business Unit.
•Manage the Installation of EPABX system as per the customer requirement through our experienced Technicians.
•To get the Annual Maintenance Contract from the customer.
•To provide the service support as per the problems aroused and properly manage the manpower available at the site.
•Billing of the Product and timely arrange for receiving the Payment.
•Site visit to confirm the proper Installation of product is done and to ensure the Quality of work.
