Processing purchase requirements for the organization internationally and locally.
•Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
•Controlling purchasing department budgets.
•Review purchase order claims and contracts as per company policy and budget.
•Review, evaluate and approve specifications for issuing orders.
•Issuing invoices, receipts and other supporting documents as per the requirement of customer according to SEHA guidelines.
•Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
•Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff for meeting business goals.
•Managing inventory and stock card ledgers
Supports team lead and perform management duties.
•Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.
•Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
•Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
•Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases
•Quality checking of documents in SAP as per Client Policies.
•Preparation of Weekly and Monthly analysis reports regarding Associates performances.
•Performance evaluation and presentation of reports to managers.
