Accountability (Dec 2014 onwards):
 Presently reporting to the Corporate IT manager and supervising a team of 4 BI Developers for various applications.
 Driving reporting, financial planning, ERP Support, HRMS, Payroll, CRM and other Accounting applications for support of issues and problem resolution.
 Providing assistance, training & support, to the team, in the use of the developed tools & coordinating with vendors.
 Spearheading teamwork balance & prioritization between tasks, making the team aware of the priorities and target, enabling them to complete effectively.
 Recommending initiatives for improvements, advanced analytics, data mining & visualization and at the same time arranging implementation of the agile methodology of analytics and reporting development.
 Leading the integration of the BI databases with both ERP applications (Baan ERP & new Infor LN), using SSIS ETL tasks for the continuity of data flow to the dashboards.
 Assuring data integrity & validation of effective reports, to thereafter, communicate with various stakeholders, within the organization.
 Reporting to the Business Systems Manager on team/individual work accomplishments, problems, progress in mastering tasks and work processes.
 Contributing to strategic decision-making across the company, making the transition/migration of ERP from Baan ERP to LN for 13 subsidiaries.
 Making sure that the data flow continuity to load financial budgets to the New Infor LN ERP, by integrating/supporting the Financial Budgeting application Infor DEPM.
 Supporting the data integrity, in data acquisition, display and calculation in all in-house tools, developed by BI team.
 Mentoring the team through brainstorming various ideas/suggestions to incorporate the best practice into the team, ensuring adherence to the same.
