Providing training to Tank Truck drivers and helpers.
Providing welfare facilities to employees and contract workers.
Arranging onsite and offsite mock drills.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Providing toolbox talks to workers.
Providing first aid boxes in appropriate places.
Preparing accident reports.
Providing personal protective equipments to employees and contract workers.

Taking immediate actions for near miss, incidents and accidents and making records of the same.
Analysis of near misses and incidents to implement advanced system to avoid further incidents or accidents.
Maintenance of safety equipments, fire engines and deluge valves.
Checking the condition of fire water pipelines and water hydrants.
Documentation of HIRA, audit reports, accident reports, security details and training details.

Maintenance and renovation of HT and LT switchgears and electrical equipments.
Planning for maintenance, renovation and shutdown.
Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution including start-up.
Getting Work Permit from Safety department, Electrical department and giving Tool Box Talks to workers based on the nature of work.
Taking safety precautions based upon the nature of work - hot and cold works.
Planning and arranging enough safety equipments like Fire Extinguishers, Fire water hoses, Blankets and Barricades before starting the work.
Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
Prepare PID and single line diagrams.
Daily logs and supplement inspection records.
Refer drawings to determine the location of wiring or tubing or equipment.
Reporting the status of works with ONGC Senior Electrical Engineers.
Handled a group of maximum 11 workers for various maintenance works.
