Responsibilities including but not limited to : Assisting stake holders via tickets, emails, teams
chats & calls.
 Well versed in Handling Tier 1 and Semi Tear 2 Activities for US, APAC, EMEA & India employee with
in the stipulated SLA.
 Responsibilities for taking care of onboarding and off boarding employees and scheduling interview,
shortlisting the resumes regarding to job openings.
 Responsible for Data Management in Workday as per the requests of Stake Holders.
 Keeping data up to date including Personal Information, Compensation, Start & End Dates, Career,
Learning, Goals etc.
 Clearing all Tier-1 level benefits / policies related stake holder queries through
Chat/Ticket/Call & Emails within SLA.
 Expertized in India, EMEA, APAC and US Internal Benefits & Policies within our scope.
 Performing 3rd party former employee employment verifications.
 Initiating, Correcting & Rescinding Terminations upon the company protocols & desktop
procedures.
 Responsible for handling pre-payroll activities for APAC &EMEA countries such as
Taiwan, Korea, China, Germany, Netherlands & UK.
 Creating KnowledgeArticles based on the policies alterations to the policies in service now for
internal HR department and employees.
 Creating Service now dashboards on metrics.
 Initiating Compensation changes, Promotions & Lead Pays upon eligibility as per the policies.
 Assisting employee’s on basic Tier-1 & semi Tier 2 level Workday queries and help resolving them.
 Upon the request processing VOE Letters, Unemployment claim requests & Government
Investigations.
 Running EIBs in Validation and in Production upon request from internal stakeholders.
 Training New Hires on day-to-day activities & Performing Quality Check till certain period.
 Hands on expertise in Data Management in portals such as Service now, B-Swift, Bee-line, Darwin,
Icims OneX.
 Assisting team as an SME on various queries related to policies and help perform their tasks
seamlessly.
 Grievience Handling for internal employees till level 9 and escalating mindfully.
 Managing myview access & navigation to new hires and benefits portal navigations.
 Providing HR Support for Tier 1 Global Payroll & Global Benefits related quries.
 Well versed in handling multiple HCM Tools such as Workday, MySource & Freshteams.
 Also provided desktop procedure trainings to new hires and internal team members on periodical
basis.
