Has become a part of flyover and bridges from deep foundation work up to sub structure works.
Now presently engaged in the construction of Box culvert in a canal flowing in longitudinal direction of 300 meters.
Site inspection, execution, checking and assuring that the construction is as per the construction drawings and project specifications.
Over all site management and planning.
Monitor the progress of work with respect to the work schedule.
Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
Coordination with subcontractors for smooth flow of works.
Proper management of materials & workmanship.
Preparation of BOQ and bills.
