# Subcontractor Management: Involves preparation of project guidelines for unified reporting among subcontractors, Monthly Program update & report review and close coordination for critical activities.
# Prepare/ Review delay notifications, forensic delay analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) reports.
# Active involvement in Project Procurement, Contract Administration activities to ensure alignment with project controls processes and overall project goals.
# Risk management: including preparation of procedure, coordination with departments for Risk identification, impact assessment, Response and Monitoring.
# Timely correspondences for matters related to planning/project controls.
# Experienced in monitoring the status of multiple projects with proper & regular co-ordination with site planners/project controls team.
