Responsible for monitoring safety measurement and safety inspection of on-site activities. Provides safety guidance to contractors and utilizes expertise to ensure that the contractor is complying with the Clients safety rules and regulations.

• Developed and implemented comprehensive health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

•Led the implementation of Goal Zero and Safety Days Campaigns assisting Senior Managers, Operations and Projects Leaders in inculcating the “Zero Harm Policy” amongst all sites. Effort was recognized as key component to implement proactive approach to HSE.
•Implemented HSE Senior Management Site Visits and Audits increasing awareness level and management involvement with staff and Contractors.
•Coordinated Hazard and Effect Management Process (HEMP) which updated Hazard Registers in HSE MS for company bringing operations and projects under (ALARP) As Low as Reasonable Possible”
•Led HAZID and HSE MS audits and coordinated new employees and Engineers training and workshop providing necessary tools for new staff to include HSE in their day to day activities.
