Experience in analysing completed work and preparaing the payment certificates. Prepare bills for subcontractors by referring BOQ and actual work done. Preparation of bar bending schedule, Layout, Estimation and making arrangement of construction materials at right time. Overseeing manpower productivity. Avoid any type of material wastage & damages.
Experience in preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. Experience in preparation of contracts, including details quantities of required materials. Experience in tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Experience in Monitor all projects work for variations and enable the Project/QS teams to maintain profitability through accurate costing. Check contractors valuations and record measure of works completed. Experience in execution of Structural and Infrastructural works. Ability to set a perfect schedule for purchase of equipments and raw materials to the site. Undertake initiatives for risk management and take appropriate steps for it.
