• Thorough knowledge of Digital Cartography and GIS Data Standards.
• Coordinate between different departments those who work with GIS division and ensure uniform map data with technical compatibility.
• Update GIS map database (geometry & attributes) using Arcgis Desktop 10.2 and keep up to date.

• Arcgis Server & Geoserver Setup & configuration for various Mapping Wrappers: ArcGIS Online, Openlayers & Leaflet.
• Openlayers Implementation using: Custom GIS database(ArcSDE and Postgresql), Google Maps, Bing Maps & OpenStreetMap
• Communicate and Assist clients to document their GIS mapping/software development requirements.
• Work in coordination with the GIS developers and provide necessary technical support.
• Review development plans, report and ensure the project design and functionalities are according to the plan.
• Water Utility Data management: editing, updating the database to make it current.
• "Water Utility-Management-Product" Implementation in WEB and iPad.
