Implementation of C-MED (Hospital Information System) software
Interacting with the all departments to setup the appropriate workflow on C-MED software, frequently updating of the software and training the users with respect to the new enhancements, bringing up new ideas to reduce the mistakes and patient waiting time, daily, weekly, monthly tasks check list for smooth operations and reporting to the top management timely and keeping the C-MED software uptime 24/7, additionally maintaining the Hardware, Software and Networking of the hospital.
More than 5 years of experience in various facets of procuring materials from markets. Setting up new medical center including X-Ray machine, Ultrasound machine, Lab Equipments, Othalmology Equipments, ENT Equipments and Emergency etc…
Experienced with inviting and allotting tenders.

Experienced with implementing systems of inventory management avoiding over-stocking or wastage.
Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan.
