As Fire Safety & Maintenance Engineer
Coordinating all activities relating Fire safety and firefighting installation which includes meeting with consultant people, getting approval drawing, getting various quotations, Cost checking, taking care at each level of work completion and finally getting fire certificates.Preparing reports on safety measurement taken and also points noted on safety inspection.Supervision of maintenance of Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works in flats &warehouses.
AS Project Coordinator,
coordinating with project manager & foreman to carry out specific work. Maintaining labors attendance. Keeping an eye on raw material list and coordinating with purchase department people to ensure sufficient stocking of raw material. Preparing report on day to day work completion and stock details. Coordinating with clients and explains them about area, rent details and clarifying their doubts.
