Have provided L1 support to Cisco routers and switches. Expert working knowledge (including ability to setup, Configure, upgrade, manage, and troubleshoot) Cisco Routers, switches. Strong expertise and hands-on experience in Cisco Catalyst 3750G, 3560 Switches and 2900 Series, 2800 Series Routers. Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, including packet-level traffic Analysis. Assign IP Subnetting, IP addressing, IPV4 and IPV6. Troubleshooting Desktop, Laptop, Workstation. Strong knowledgebase of networking features, Routing and Switching protocols STP, ARP, CDP, EIGRP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, VLANS and VTP, Ether channel (L2 and L3), 802.1Q trunking, MPLS, HSRP, VRRP and GLBP, 802.11, IPsecVPN, Frame Relay, MPLS, IPv6 etc. Hands on experience in Cisco ASA 5510 series Firewall. Operational Knowledge of Cisco IOS, Cisco IOS CLI, RHEL OS, Linux and Windows.
Have provided support to Data center remotely and Resolve Support tickets and queries under SLA. Configuring and optimizing server hardware components, RAID volumes and storage solutions for optimal performance and reliability. Experience in Using monitoring tools like PRTG, Jira. Experience in using Onapp(Virtuozzo) for cloud deployments, VS deployments, VS management & resource allocation, CDN and DNS. OS installation done by IPMI. IPMI firmware upgradation (Supermicro, Dell), Server Bios version upgradation. Network testing (need to test the bandwidth and ensure client getting assigned network speed in the servers). OS and BIOS tweaking. Disk heath check and network optimization. (10G, 100G servers. link bundling, server hardening etc.) Network Bonding in OS level. Control panel installation like cPanel, directadmin, etc. Server Setup (Need to setup server, Colocation servers with help of onsite tech). NIC driver firmware upgradation (Intel, Mellanox and Broadcom). Stress test in the server (CPU and Memory). Experience with server operating systems including windows server and various Linux distributions. installation and maintenance.
