Designation: Team Leader- Financial Shared Services from Oct 2023 onwards with NMC Corporate Office, Abu Dhabi (NMC ASSETCO LTD, UAE).
Role Highlights:
1)Implemented automation in most areas of Revenue & General ledger accounting activities (Group level) to ensure to meet deadlines of MEC activities.
2)Provide consolidated Revenue summary, Intercompany Book closing summary and other consolidated packs to the line manager as well as higher level management as per MEC guidelines by analyzing data prepared by all team members.
3)Assist the team members to prepare and complete Intercompany balance reconciliation, Revenue reconciliation from all sources, Depreciation schedule, Prepayment schedule, accrued unfinalized revenue schedule, Bank receipt entries, Cost of sales entries, Revenue rejection schedule, other provision expenses etc.
4)Act on behalf of all 95 units to finalize all entries and resolve the issues raised by each unit/cluster heads and teams.
5)Review the work scenario and implement innovative templates to assist all the 15 team members to reduce their workload to meet all deadlines.
6)Monitor all team members鈥' manual entry accuracy by reviewing relevant ledgers and suggest correction, if necessary.
7)Being a team member, provides all necessary raw materials to group level Oracle Fusion implementation team.
