Process and manage the organization's payroll using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of payroll activities. Provide support to other HR and Finance activities as required. Review and process the monthly payroll and ensure reports are submitted on timely and accurate manner. Trained in payroll processes, end-of-settlement procedures, and payroll software utilization Developing & improving existing HR procedures and processes. Knowledge of all ministerial and administrative work for visa, company files, license etc. Develops and oversees the implementation of the employee performance evaluation. Prepares and submits reports management relating to HR and administration. Achieves to maintain low employee turnover by encouraging and giving measures for employee retention. Ensures proper and transparent communication channels are established within the organization. Monitors the conduct of employees and initiate disciplinary action wherever appropriate as per the company policies and procedures.
