Up-grade existing and construct additional mine Camps (2000 habitants) in Yekepa mine field, supervised construction staff by determining workloads and schedules; developed, interpreted and implemented policies and procedures; evaluated staff and made hiring and termination recommendations; and ensured that staff were trained in complex maintenance activities and followed standard operating procedures.
• V degree - Four-year professional school (4 years for degree; 12 years in total), after that State exam for MEP certified designer VI level;
