Roles & Responsiblities :
•Project : LOBLAWS
•Handling day-to-day IT incidents for a retail firm.

j) Prioritizing, Categorization of ticket and taking remote capture to resolve Providing ticket number to user via phone.

Operating Systems : Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2

•Working knowledge on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

•To provide and manage Un-interrupted network (WAN) for Branches of Vijaya Bank in Co-ordination with the ISP’s, through Monitoring tool from Regional Office, Mysore.
•Configuring & Installation of 1700, 1800 Series Cisco Routers.
•Commissioning of Lease Line & ISDN in co-ordination with vendors
•Monitoring Leased Line, ISDN, Network (LAN and WAN) through NMS tool

•Configuring Core Banking Software (FINACLE) and support at end Desktops
•MS-Outlook configuring using exchange server.
•Following up with ISP for issues related to Leased line, ISDN, VSAT, CDMA etc…
•Configuring, troubleshooting of Cisco IP Phones like Cisco 7902, Cisco 7906, Cisco 7945, Cisco 7911
•Installing the Operating Systems and Software.
•Handle all calls of the branches with respect to networks as well as desktops.
