PT JICT is a member of the Hutchison Port Holding Group the
biggest Port Operator in the world, which is the port operation of the
Hutchison Whampoa Limited. PT JICT is a joint venture between
Hutchison Port Holding (51%) and PT Pelindo II (49%) which
operate the biggest container terminal in Indonesia (Tanjung Priok
Port - Jakarta) with potential capacity of 3.1 million throughput.

Australian Advertising Company which focusing on Out of Home
Media Advertising.

Patra Jasa is a subsidiary of Pertamina - State Owned Oil&Gas
Company with core business in hospitality industry, run 7 Hotels,
Office Tower and Exclusive Residential in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Megawati Soekarnoputri was held in The Patra Bali Resort and

- Patra Bali average occupancy increase from 28 % up to 65 %
with average room rate increase from USD 25 up to USD 60
per night after total reconstruction and repositioning

Processing
Simplot run Distribution for McDonald’s Indonesia since 1999 and
sells frozen French Fries, Mix Vegetables to retail market as well as
produce and sell buns to McDonald’s and also bread and filled buns
to traditional retail market.
The main responsibilities are to run the three business units, set up
operating procedures, improve staffing and human resources
management, implement strict internal control and operating
performance review system.

Achievements:
Set up organization structure and put proper staffing in place,
streamlined the Finance and Accounting system, established
management reporting system, improved the warehouse management
system and procedures, run job evaluation to harmonize salary level
and structure, put Key Performance Indicator review in place where
each Department Manager present their performance against the
target (KPI), achieved Best Continuous - Company Improvement
award from McDonald’s Asia Pacific.
Started as VP - Finance Controller for a joint venture food/meat
processing company in January 1997, and appointed as the General
Manager starting August 1997. To run and manage the company’s
