Getting issued of ESI Smart Cards, Entitlements, Reporting of Accidents/Death, etc.
Keeping watch of remittance of WWF contribution monthly and Maintenance of
Records/Registers and applying to the benefits of the employees under different Schemes.
Handling Inspections made by ESI Inspectors, PF Enforcement Officers, Labour
Inspectors/Officers, etc.
Liaisoning with government departments i.e PF, ESI, Contract Labour and Labour dept
(State), etc.
Coordination with branches with HR Coordinator for Statutory Compliance Notices etc.
Keeping watch of remittance of Profession Tax Calculation as per Statutory Standard.
Conducting Compliance audits of Company & vendors monthly.
Reporting statutory compliance relating to the vendors and Fulfillment of their queries.
Coordinate legal Cases with local legal team/ documentation files.
Liaison with Govt. department regarding Statutory Compliance activities.
Prepare the documents and doing the Registration related to Contract Labour Certificate
and Licenses.
Preparation & Maintain various registers related to ESI, EPF, S&E, WWF, Professional Tax
(Salary Register, Attendance Register, Leave Records, Overtime Register, Fine Register,
Advance Register, Accident Book, Inspection Book & etc.
Prepare and maintained the required registers / documents as being required to comply the
notices.
