• Knowledge in installing and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration units
• Good troubleshoot Knowledge in Carrier, SKM, Trane, Coolex brand AC Units.
• Knowledge in the operation of pneumatic, electrical, and direct - digital control systems
• Can be able to use tube benders and conduit pipe benders
• Ability to use hand and power tools associated with the HVAC field
• Ability to understand technical data such as temperature and pressure
• Install, rebuild, replace, or repair fans, motors, Compressors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, Refrigerant Valves, Elec. Control Circuits, gaskets, and other equipment as necessary
• Use Data splice for WO report to the Dept. administrator
• repair various HVAC equipment like AHU, Package AC Unit, Split AC, Window systems, Refer and Chiller Containers

• Maintain Production Controlled Area Differential Pressure (Cascade Methods, Bubble Method and Sink Method) with HVAC system
• Maintain Area Temperature and Relative Humidity with HVAC systems.
• Conduct Aerosol particle count test for HEPA filtration Area in every 3 months.
• Conduct Smoke study for LAF area and HEPA Filtration Area with Dry-Ice.
• Conduct DOP test with PAO Aerosol for HEPA filter validation in every 6 months
• Prepare DOP Integrity and Velocity reports.
• Conduct Fumigation with Formaldehyde (for 6 months) and Dry fog test (for Every CCO)
• Conduct Air velocity test for HEPA filters (supply) and Micro vee Filters (Return)
• Clean DHU Silicone bed for Every 6 Months.
• Conduct PM Checks of HVAC Systems for Every CCO
• Observe area parameter abnormalities with BMS System.
• Report and take immediate action against -40C, -10C, +7C and CT water Differences.
• Test Brine quality parameters like pH and Specific gravity.
• Conduct Pure Steam Generator quality test for every month.
• Maintain WFI Column Pressure with Industrial steam line.
• Inspect steam traps and steam line Flanges in every month
• Maintain Utility tank levels like Brine tank and purified water tank.
• Review and updated all kind of plant layout drawing
• Inspect and change RO Membrane filters.
• Ordering the Required material for Plant dept. stock.
• Co-ordinating with other Depts. electrical, instrumentation and Utility to avoid repetitive work.
• Maintain Records for modification (Like fabrication and process Equipment erection) on Production lines
• Preparing JSA on non-routine jobs
• Maintaining documents and Conduct PM for Hydraulic (for ANFD) & Pneumatic (for Valve operation) Systems
• Maintain and Service equipment like
• ANFD, Crystallizer, Seiver Blender and Ribbon Blender (Sterile)
• SS Reactor, Glass line Reactor and Sparkler filter (non-Sterile)
• Maintain and Service Pumps Like
• Centrifugal pumps (for Steam condensate, RO Water and Brine Loops)
• Air Operated Pumps (for Solvent and Product Line)
• Vacuum Pump (for ANFD)
• Inspect and Maintain Sterilizing equipment Like SHS and DHS.
• Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Plant Head and Highlighting the Problems affecting the Progress in the plant.
• Maintaining inventory of parts for equipment preventing extended down time on facilities.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, NEC, blueprint and schematic diagrams.
• Strong analytical skill and Problem-solving ability, proficient on computers and software.
