As a managing consultant, I have built their Offshore Development Center from Scratch to meet their federal requirements end-to-end and am currently managing the development Center. The Center has a capacity to seat 100+ people and is growing. This is a captive development Center from Almarai based out of Riyadh, KSA working as an extended arm of their IT division.

Build the foundation for all development and conceptualize different service offerings & solutions to customer, as well as in ensuring the delivery of services for customer contracted work. Would need to take ownership of all key performance parameters to drive the operating margin of the accounts that fall under the Horizontal.
•Conceive, assess and develop the technology vision, design and implement frameworks for performance optimization, scalability, security, reusability for delivery excellence and customer delight.
•Introduce best practices in software development, Project Management methodologies test and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate

•Successfully implemented Enterprise Governance to ensure global delivery excellence in offshore software / services.
•Plan and implement management strategies to register growth in revenues at GDAS-India Center. Maximizing profitability through formulation of winning Operational strategies, processes, solutions & reports.
•Proficiently created and implemented contracting function within GDAS structure to support the business requirements coming from Out-Sourcing.
•Meticulously leading various Operations with end-to-end responsibility to achieve performance standards. Managing the Revenue Cycle. Improving service standards, direct implementation of strategies to achieve repeat / new orders and maintain revenue cycle.
•Actively involved in Defining Service Level Agreements, Service credits, Statements of Work and any other business related documentation created during the outsourcing pursuit process as part of Pre contract work.
•Engage in creating a structure that reflected the needs of Out-Sourcing and as well as the needs of HP.
•Also involved in Creation and development of T & Cs to support change management, governance issues, change orders, billing and Third party contract implementation and other post-contract tasks.
•Coordinating with senior account management for large outsourcing opportunities to insure the ease of implementation and support through the life of the deal (Ex: GM, P&G, CLOROX, RELIANCE, BOB, UIB, UIIC, and Hutch & Vodafone).
•Developing delivery teams and providing inspirational guidance & efficient leadership to achieve excellence. Efficiently managing team spread across locations. Devising ways for maximum productivity & team’s performance enhancement by exploring areas of value addition and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
