Assisting the Sr. Billing Engineer on various construction projects

Preparing Cashflow reports and BOQ for the organization and reporting them to the team lead

Preparing RA Bills & Final bills (Structures/Highways/CD Works) for Sub contractors.
Preparing and Certification of IPC

Preparing overall projects estimated cost, Budget cost, Base cost, Over head cost, indirect cost etc.
Reviewing contract Drawings, document and specifications
Preparing & updating of statement for executed & balance earthwork.
- Checking Monthly Fund Requirement & Preparing Fund Certification.
- Verifying Subcontractors monthly interim payment certificates and final bills
-Verifying comparative statement, negotiating & finalization of
suppliers/subcontractors for issuing work order & purchase order
- Verifying of reconciliation statement for the project materials/Labour works
for cost control
- Verifying and monitoring monthly payment status tracking sheet with
subcontractors wise reconciliation certified and paid
- Checking PMIS & MSR and getting it approved
- Preparing Quarterly indent reports and litigation reports.
- Preparation of board meeting reports such as monthly payment to Men,
Material & machinery.
- Preparing overall projects estimated cost, Budget cost, Base cost, Overhead
cost, indirect cost etc.
- Reviewing contract Drawings, document and specifications

- Maintaining and updating the status of progress on a daily basis
- Co-ordinating and monitoring with site execution team, clients, vendors &
sub contractors
