- Formulating SOP for complete operation of all individual units in the farm.

• Understanding requirement of sponsor and stakeholders, preparing project scope and coordinating engagement with important stakeholders.
• Finalising the scope, budget, estimates, proposal preparation, network diagram, project timeline discussion, ensuring proper site execution with proper EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) and BOQ specs together with alerting the management for possible red flags.
• Monitoring and tracking project baseline (scope, schedule and cost) with respect to percentage completion and preparing action plan for getting back on track.

• Preparing project schedule using MSP with WBS covering the entire scope and providing the relationship between activities to identify critical path.
• Tracking project baseline with respect to percentage completion and preparing a suitable action plan while maintaining material tracker for critical items thus making the management aware of potential red flags which may delay activities at site.
• Documenting the minutes of weekly and monthly internal review meeting as well as intermediate site meetings. Also, participating in rental revenue review meetings to co-ordinate for project requirements.
• MIS and project dashboard preparation - Daily reports, fortnightly reports and internal review meetings.
• Coordinating with different architects and contractors for various site and consultant requirements. Assisting site team in execution of civil works, interior finishes and office fit-out work.
• Assisting the Contracts and QS team in estimations, BOQ formulations and tender comparisons. Additionally, keeping track of expense against work order issued and the raised payment invoice.
• Preparing pre-qualification, BOQ, technical and commercial comparatives received from different contractors for different scopes of work. Creating tracker for PBG, ABG and insurance status.
• Coordinating and assisting the Facilities Management System (FMS) team in asset management and ensuring the building facilities are working in accordance with standard requirements and tenant’s satisfaction.
