Daily site inspections, conducting safety awareness meeting, making daily and weekly observation reports, making incident and nearmiss reports, conducting induction meetings, closing out the clients or consultants observation reports
Review Risk assessments…etc for projects, activities.
Conduct internal training and arrange third party training wherever required.
Conduct HSE meeting with site engineers and supervisors.
Attend meeting with client, consultant and sub-contractorsetc.
Response for implementation, monitoring, surveillance and documentation of the HSE requirements
To conduct audits on the implemented system at different projects of the company and Sub-contractors and identify conformity to legal and ISO 14001standards
Advice to project supervisory and management staff on compliance with law, ILO standards and client, consultant requirements.
Conduct site visits and ensure the HSE plan and procedures are implemented as far as reasonably practicable. Report deficiencies to project manager and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
Responsible for reporting to the project manager and H&S manager where improvement can be made as well as discrepancies with corrective action

Co-ordination and communication on safety and health activities between Companies, Sub-contractors and other contractors working in the same area
Assist project Management in identifying/development of general training needs
