Job Responsibility:
In continuation to the previous venture, an assignment taken up to……….
Primarily:
Heading the Project management cell, the nerve centre & reporting body to promoters.
Project Management, Planning, Monitoring & Control of the complete project cycle from initiating to
closure
Contract review, Change recommendations, Claim & Contractual dispute management.
To have the complete control on the Project budget, Cash in & Out flow, P & L at the organisation level
covering all verticals.
Take over & directly handle prestigious or escalation projects a part of crisis management.
Secondary:
Be the part of core business transformation team
Process mapping, deriving the best suiting plan & Implementation of the new ways of working in line with
the business goals, starting from Pre sales to AMC looking it in Project based organisation point of view.
Rollout KPI / KRA & Appraisal parameters for projects / operations, monitoring & reporting the same.
Mentor the designated team in the new ERP package migration & implementation

To associate with Start-up / Emerging / Traditionally run companies in the service sector & help them to
establish the best practices in the field of project management, evaluating the ways of working, process
mapping, implementation & practicing
20+ years of overall experience in to PMO, Project management, Project coordination, Project Control, Planning & Monitoring, Operations, Process mapping & implementation, P & L Management, MIS reporting, Contracts management etc in Project based organizations with in construction & MEP industry.
Active PMP Practitioner
Expertized in acting as the virtual bridge between the promoters / top management & other functionaries.
A mixed domain working experience with in the construction / service / Infra / industrial project / MEP industry. In the career span associated with Engineering Consultancy & PMC / Turnkey contractor / Fire Protection integrator / Refrigeration & HVAC / Structural Glazing, UPVC, Cladding, Prefab / Water & waste water industry.
Working experience in various functional dept. starting with PMO, Planning & coordination / Operations / Projects & Site level Execution / Vendor development & Procurement / Project Sales ( to an extent ), makes the total Project management exposure truly fare.
Expertised in to core Project Management functions like Contracts Management, Project planning, Cost & Time tracking, Material planning, Resource planning, Execution planning & close out
