Job Responsibility:
In continuation to the previous venture, an assignment taken up to……….
Primarily:
 Heading the Project management cell, the nerve centre & reporting body to promoters.
 Project Management, Planning, Monitoring & Control of the complete project cycle from initiating to
closure
 Contract review, Change recommendations, Claim & Contractual dispute management.
 To have the complete control on the Project budget, Cash in & Out flow, P & L at the organisation level
covering all verticals.
 Take over & directly handle prestigious or escalation projects a part of crisis management.
Secondary:
 Be the part of core business transformation team
 Process mapping, deriving the best suiting plan & Implementation of the new ways of working in line with
the business goals, starting from Pre sales to AMC looking it in Project based organisation point of view.
 Rollout KPI / KRA & Appraisal parameters for projects / operations, monitoring & reporting the same.
 Mentor the designated team in the new ERP package migration & implementation
