 Good knowledge in Migration/upgrade/Transition concepts from 2000 to 2003 and Exchange Server 2003 to 2007.
 Having experience and working in Backup, Disaster recovery, Mail Box Management, Recipient policy
 Experience in OCS and Lync.

 Experience in Support tools, PFDAVADMIN, ADSIEDIT, ESEUTIL, ISINTEG, Exmerge, MFCMAPI and MDBVIEW32
 Experience in Mail Security and Spam Filter with MDaemon, Trend Scan mail and Microsoft Forefront
 Worked in Active Directory, Domain Controllers and Group Policy
 Experience in Windows 2003 & 2008 Domain with DHCP, DNS, AD, NAP and Web Server (Microsoft IIS).
 Configuring and Administering Terminal Services Application with win 2008 Server
 Provide both technical support to clients using products and company specific software via e-mail and phone support.
