Key Responsibilities:
•Spearheading overall spares business and to achieve Company Sales Target through Renault and Nissan
•Responsible for PAN Saudi Arabia & PAN Oman for parts Supply Chain & Logistics of Renault Brand
•Managing Demand Planning, Procurement, Forecasting, Managing Imports & Domestic Logistics for automotive parts and overseeing custom clearances, responsible for Inventory Turns
•Importing & Develop Spare Parts Sources from various countries Like China, India, Japan, Korea, France & Turkey
•Handling team size of 10 People, managing a turnover of USD 28 Mn with inventory Value of USD 16 Mn and Moving SKU's of 28K Part Lines
•Coordinating and interacting with the principals to negotiate price support and special prices for sale promotion
•Responsible for export business from Group supply chain Renault Brand - 15 countries in Asia, Latin America, and Europe markets
•Implementing a spare part strategy that drives "the right part at the right place at right time"
•Maintaining parts availability, landed cost optimization & profit maximization without increasing inventory
•Monitoring purchasing functions, identifying deviations and implementing improvements
•Coordinating with Domestic Sales Team to organize campaign such as Safety, AC, Brakes and so on for promoting the branded parts & offer special prices to liquidate inventory & enhancing customer satisfactions, Competitive Pricing and Business expansion
•Reviewing historical trends, research demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, evaluating forecast results, and creating demand plans
•Deploying Standard Operating Procedures that are integrated with internal & external stakeholders, including other departments; coordinating with Merchandise Planning & Sales Teams to drive alignment on demand requirement and managing exceptions
•Developing & implementing long-term growth strategy to maximize ROI for various product portfolios
•Ensuring stocks of various products are available at the required location with the distribution planning team and demand in the right packs through structured meetings & extensive communication with distribution teams
•Tracking plan vs actuals, mitigating risk, analysing gaps and initiating action plans for on-time achievement of the targets
•Maintaining parts availability, cost optimization & profit maximization without increasing inventory PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

•Managed sales promotion of spare parts for Passenger / Heavy Commercial Vehicles through sales counters, dealer network and institutional/Corporate buyers by leading team of 8 sales professionals
•Responsible for PAN Nigeria parts Supply Chain for Multi brand parts Operations, Handling 12K SKU'S & USD 8 Mn Parts Business
•Responsible for procurement, managing imports & domestic logistics for automotive parts
•Responsible for custom clearances, Co-ordination and Negotiation on Air & Sea Shipment clearance
•Centralized Sourcing of Lubricants, Brake Fluid, Paints, Tires, batteries & Consumables for domestic Workshops
•Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing & monitoring security procedures and protocols
