My Responsibilities
• Creation Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing templates for BIM team in executing the metro station services, which contains visibility graphic settings, Filters, View range, Object style, project parameters etc…
• Mentor & supervise the team in producing the developed the revit model.
• Generating BOQ for the cable tray, Cable tray fittings according to the criteria.
• Providing parametric revit families like - SLV, POS, and Depot Equipment’s with object settings.
• Run clash detection in navisworks & generate the clash report for further technical workshop discussion.
• Coordinating design BIM model of the transportation system between Civil Works, with Electromechanical (E&M) design teams for depots, rail track alignment and Stations in addition to support of technical manager and Interface managers in management of the engineering and design activities throughout the whole project life cycle.
• Managing BIM/CSD process with Team of (7 BIM designer) and leading the coordination with other
entity through workshops and meetings.
• Design interface management for (Elevated, Shallow, Deep underground station, Transfer station with related cable containments and ICD’s).
• Creation Mechanical Revit templates for BIM team in exacting the model.
• Using proper supplier parametric families to avoid clashes after the site inspection (Courtyard Marriott hotel Riyadh & Courtyard Marriott hotel Jeddah)
• Creation of parametric families for the necessary model to generate the quantity take-off (BOQ)
• Establish training under the direction of Mechanical Manager and conducting BIM training with the CAD team to grow skills as well as project teams.
• Execution of MOH and DAMAC Twin Tower Revit Model for MEP &Extracting floor plan, scheduling, BOQ of fixture and elements, spread sheets, schematics diagram, section views with in the mep model&achieve the clash free among other disciplines.
• Execution of Sanitary, potable water, Strom water, Industrial waste water line by using Revit mep & Navisworks to reduce the field errors and reduce maximum construction cost and time.
• Assigning filters to Revit MEP model & preparing for presentation for RC in-house meeting.
• Involved in preparing the RFI for the Site construction using Navisworks manage 2012, for Clash detection.
• Responsible for extraction Floor plans, section details, spread sheets, BOQ’s and Scheduling.
Extract and drafting the shop drawing from Revit model
Execution using cad tool for Hvac, plumbing, fire fighting drawings
Design & Drafting the progressive tools, NSK tools, Stamping Tools,
