• Quality Check all transactions performed by the Processing and HR Direct teams with high emphasis on accuracy, times lines and Compliance.
• Perform evaluation of new and existing procedures to ensure operational integrity and highlight/escalate any deviations.
• Evaluate internal and external best-practices in relation to local, regional and global HR needs and assess and adapt solutions to ensure they’re effective and appropriate.
• Collect and share best practices and feedback from employees for continuous process improvements.
• Conduct calibration sessions with managers and operations to share best practices and ensure consistency in the customer experience.
• Identify areas for automation and implement them as per the group standards.
• Manage and participate in trend identification and reporting; recommend changes to policies and procedures as appropriate and establish corrective action plans for newly discovered issues.
• Assist on documentation and evaluation of procedural or policy gaps and/or inconsistencies and support their implementation.
• Ensure superior customer experience by ensuring excellent verbal and written communication skills are exercises at all times.
• Review applicable MI and quality reports to ensure optimal customer experience is achieved.
• Ensure company and employee privacy, where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive employee information.
- Have been overseeing the Quality requirements and providing quality assurance for the GHRS updates of UK Staff - transactions and queries related to Promotions, Salary changes, Terminations, Maternity/Paternity/Additional Paternity/Adoption absences, Tax forms and overtime/allowances, Data Validation and Pensions reports.
- Successfully tested and implemented the Audit Queries; required for the Audit of Promotions, Salary Changes, and Pension code changes transactions.
- Have designed the macros enabled template for the maternity absences processing for Quality Control.
- Process trainer for Data Validation and queries, Promotions, Salary changes, Maternity/Paternity/Additional Paternity/Adoption absences.
- Have been playing significant role for Process improvements in Position Management as well as other payroll operations.
- Have been an integral part of the UK payroll team while migrating the critical functions of payroll such as setting up secondary pay runs, Pay Recalls, Credit Transfers, initiating HSBC Net payments, setting up pay for staffs transferring to and from UK and setting up Pay Calendars on the GHRS.
- Have been one of the lead SMEs involved in the Process design for Additional Paternity Absences.
- Additionally, overseeing GHRS updates for UK Staff - transactions and queries relating to Salary changes, Terminations, Promotions, Maternity/Paternity/Additional Paternity/Adoption absences, Tax forms and overtime/allowances, Data Validation and pensions reports.
- Furthermore, issuing contracts for Senior Managers (Grade 3 and above) and processing Long Service Awards and related queries.
