Managed a team of 14 direct reports for market intelligence and recruitments. I am responsible for core market research which includes market analysis, lead generation, spoofing, identifying new free tools used for contact generation. I handle 8 projects which offers RPO services for the clients including Goodrich, Unitedhealth group Americas, Abbott, LSG Skychefs, Apollo group, Panduit, Avis, British Petroleum and Market research team. The crucial part of my role is to handle a big team along with market research responsibilities. I had client interfaces for U.S. clients and domestic clients as well. Volatile domestic experience on verticals like System integration and Integration management (SI & IM), Human capital (S&O, Acturials, Total rewards, Oracle incentive compensation, Callidus), SAP (MM/WM/SRM, FICO, SD, HR, PP, PM, IS Utilities, Vistex, Basis, Security), Healthcare (FACETS, ICD-CPT, Buyer/provider platforms, provider relations, ACH wirelockbox, UNET, etc) for Deloitte (Internal staffing) . Extensive usage of CRM tools like Saleslogix, Onyx, The Hive to cater to the client requirements, Workday (HRMS)
