As a manager my responsibilities help oversee many aspects of an establishment's kitchen operations. preparing food, managing staff, ensure customer satisfaction, train new employees and supervise inventory, handling inventory, weekly and daily ordering, staff and supervisors weekly schedule, conducting weekly and daily cleaning and training task, pixel, excel, recipe inputting, control and monitoring wastage, HACCP controls.
