XMAN Tool (Customized Content Management System)

AATool is an Architecture Assessment Tool. This Tool provides the Project Assessment and Portfolio Assessment search functionality to users. It talks to the different databases (Nexus, AIT, btconverge, ARIS) and display the results.
User can able to see the Overview, blue prints, info flows, Technologies, servers, CAIR, IOP data for the both assessment. User can able to analyze what are the impacted applications, Estimation hours and RISK Score CARD.
Data gets refreshed monthly basis from different sources to the Dev, UAT, and Prod.

The GUI (Graphical User Interface) will allow IBIE users manually upload/adjust the financial and reference data. Financial Adjustments are made to the transactions/positions received from BD1 until BD6-7. The adjusted data is uploaded using pre defined excel templates. The adjusted financial data resides in IBIE staging tables. Extracts of this data is then send to CIIS, which feeds the adjusted data to IBIE as incremental data through BD1 until BD7. The financial adjustments are reversal entries (backing out an uploaded amount and adjusting to a new amount) .The GUI also permits the adjustment of Reference Data. The same GUI will be used for both - Financial and Reference Data uploads \ adjustments. However, the Reference Data adjustments update \ load directly into IBIE tables. Reference data are overrides .User is notified of any errors created during upload process.

Thomas Cook retail network consists of Foreign Exchange bureaus and Call centers. Shops and bureaus use a point of sale system, called RIO (Retail in ONE), and the call centers use an off the shelf package called Travel Cat. It is the vision and strategy of TC to have a single, central, point of sale system across the entire retail network.
The Cyclops provides the online booking facility where sales person can offer multiple deals for Travel and Foreign Exchange across the different consultations. It maintains the Customer, Booking information across the different branches in different countries. It helps in doing follow up of payments and intimating the customers about their travel details and payments. It also provides health information of country they are traveling.
