JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
• Ensure the display areas are organized and clean.
• Greeted customers upon entrance.
• Responsible for handling customer account inquiries, accurately providing information to ensure resolution of product/service complaints and customer satisfaction.
• Assisted customers over the phone regarding store operations, product, promotions and orders.
• Responsible for the providing the best level of customer service to the customers.
• Perform opening and closing function, cash pulls.
• Ensure the restock on the sales floor and defective merchandise is properly labeled.

• Handled high volume sales with cash, credit and gift card transactions, balancing cash draw at end of shift with 100% accuracy rate.
• Maintain the petty cash and entries in SAP.
• Solving the Audit and Head office queries related to store.
•Taking float amount and cash till number from the supervisor.
Cleaning the cash till and opening the counter.
Making the bill and informing the supervisor if any error occured in the time of billing.
Generating the bill through cash, card, creditnote and discount coupons.
Sending the till cash to cash room through bomb
Closing the till when the last customer went out.
