This Application mainly deals with asset transfer between two accounts with one account being Merrill Account and the other being Contra Account (Non-Merrill Account). As part of the application implementation, we worked with the Transfers phase where we have two parts stating Receivers and Delivers. User can receive the assets from contra account to Merrill account as well as it delivers vice-versa. We also have implemented a mechanism to accept full or partial transfers. These transactions are done through a Firm which is nothing but a bank through which the transactions are done. Before starting the transfer the user has to select a particular firm and then start the transfer procedure.
The user transfer assets to his own account and this are known as Same Name Transfer. User has to opt for Yes OR No before transferring the asset. By selecting this option the user comes to know whether he is transferring the asset to his own account or Contra Account. We can also get the details by going to particular page like Account details, Asset list, Asset type, Forms Initiate. In Asset type it will say the types of asset you want to transfer like cash, equity, mutual fund, fixed, annuities, unit investment etc. According to you requirement you can select the particular checkbox and you will do the operation. Similarly in Asset list page by giving the name, symbol, or ISIN you can search the particular asset or you can add, prequalify the asset. In Forms Initiate page it will show you the details and will ask for initiate the transfer. If the details entered match with the database then transfer gets initiated.

PACE Information Portal is a web based application integrated within the CTS (Merrill) environment. This application is intended to provide technical and operational details of the PACE application which includes overnight batch status related to on-lines, DB2 tables, and various interfaces, mainframe job abend information related to Production and Test regions, LOB data, Dollar & Non Dollar transactions processed & rejected count, PACE Calendar & few important exception reports to monitor the health of the overall PACE batch production and test cycles. This portal will serve as a repository for PACE documentation that also includes DB2 documentation and cross reference files for conversion projects currently found in other applications

This application serves a better purpose in intensifying the technical awareness and knowledge of the employees in an organization.

Functionality:
•It has Web Based Training sessions based on the latest up-gradation of the technology being used in that organization.
Four roles are available in this application assigned based on the designation.
•Each role will have different privileges while using the application.
•ADMIN role is given to 2-3 people who will have the access to upload the question paper and can release a Knowledge Based Test for all the regions/branches in their country.

Startups presented their businesses to panels of judges who used our G/SCORE assessment methodology to evaluate how far each company was along seven key vectors of business growth. The G/SCORE measures a company along seven factors: overall concept, market opportunity, competitive risk, product development, business development, team, and business model. In each factor, our judges compare the company to key milestones that represent achievement in business building.
G/Score is a standardized, scalable methodology for the incisive analysis and transparent assessment of startups’ commercial viability, execution, and team and business model.
Using the G/SCORE data, combined with other information about the companies, our judges ranked the startups at each event. The top company at each Pitch Slam event automatically made the Innovate 100 Lists
