Presently working in Kuwait in as Manager Business control handling credit controls and internal audit. Transferred to Kuwait in Oct '11 from Oman.
Before was in Oman taking care of Accounts& Administration and HR operations of an MNC which is having head office in Kuwait, as Manager Accounts reporting directly to Group Financial Controller in Kuwait. Handling multi divisional accounts. Dealing with banks for all related works. Managing accounts, Finance Admin & HR. Was taking care of cash flow analysis, bank reconciliations, analysis of receivable accounts, preparation of monthly MIS reports, taking care of annual audit work. Handling a company which has a turnover of more than USD.12.Millions.

Worked for Deccan (Golconda) Grameena Bank.
Golconda Grameena Bank was established in 1985 in Andhra Pradesh- India, to meet the needs of Rural Populace. This is wholly owned by Govt. of India with 50% share capital, 15% by State Govt. and rest by the sponsored bank (State Bank of Hyderabad)
Started as field Officer in Sep '1989 reporting to the Branch Manager. I could gain expertise in advances disbursements & recoveries. Achieved record targets and beyond.
Elevated as Branch Manager in 1993 reporting to General Manager. My role was to manage the Branch effectively by increasing the profitability, reducing the NPA's, improving recoveries, achievement of budgeted deposits & advances targets.
Promoted to Scale II in 2005.
After joining the present company reconciled all the inter company accounts which were not reconciled for last 4 years.
While working in the bank the following are the achievements.
Achieved budgeted targets & beyond in Deposits and Advances, Recoveries and reduced NPA's.
From 2001-2004 during this period the Branch NPA reduced from 9% to 2%.
Created Reconciliation department in 1999 in Head office established the documentation and system to reconcile the accounts. The set system could reduce the variance from crores to few lacs rupees. The Board appreciated the system.
Upgraded every branch that I served from scale -I to scale - II.viz. when I took over the branch status was scale -I, and before I completed my term in that branch it was upgraded to scale -II.by virtue of my performance.
As a manager played a key role in upgrading conventional system to computerized banking system.
October 1981 to May 1988.
Worked for a chartered Accountant firm. During this period audited various firms, companies, non-profit organizations, schools and banks -like Nagarjuna Steels, Nagarjuna Investment Trust, Raasi Cements, Midwest Leasing & Finance, Hyderabad Nursing Home, State Bank Of Hyderabad, etc.,
