Ø Maintaining Computerised Maintenance Planning System (Maximo) - CMMS. Inclusive of Mechanical, HVAC & Electrical works in Refinery, On Site Maintenance of all HVAC installations in Takreer, Ruwais Refinery.
Responsibilities of the work includes …
• Planning, Scheduling, and following-up of Preventive Maintenance works using Maximo system in Takreer.
• Continuous monitoring of daily logs, upgrading system details in Maximo-4i and reviewing work execution methods.
• Making enquiries and receiving quotations from vendors and identifying the appropriate supplier for purchase of materials.
• Maintaining ISO 9002 and OHSAS 18001 standards & procedures.
• Attending daily planning meeting, preparation and issuing of daily work orders including daily preventive maintenance planning schedule through the Maximo-4i system (CMMS)
• Preparing yearly preventive and predictive maintenance schedule and condition monitoring programs. Following up daily schedule maintenance tasks have been properly executing and completion within the specified period of time. Also, Receiving feedback on progress of work from supervisor and updating in the system.
• Reviewing work priorities with concerned HVAC / Electrical operations in relation to backlog work, preventive/ predictive maintenance tasks and manpower/ resource availability. Also, ensuring the availability of spare parts. Preparation of preventive maintenance planning for all HVAC / Electrical Equipment’s through Maximo -CMMS System.
• Issuing and monitoring of work orders to Mechanical HVAC & Electrical Maintenance departments to carryout the work through the Maximo system (CMMS)
